Welcome to the HYSA 2020 Fall Recreational Program Registration with Hattiesburg Youth Soccer Association!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.

At the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from HYSA-HFC.

 

To complete registration: If your child is new to HYSA or has not played with us within the last two years, please send a copy of his/her birth certificate in one of the following ways!

PLEASE NOTE:  Games for our Recreational Program will be played on Saturdays only except for the city tournament we hold at the end of the season for the U8 -U12 age groups.  The first set of games for U4-U12 will be played on September 26th and the last of the games should be played on November 7th if we don't have to postpone any games. The City Tournament for the U8-U12 groups will be held on Nov. 9th, 10th, and 12th.

 

Info for U13 -U16 groups Only: Most of the time in the fall this age group does training only with a trainer/coach that we hire to work with this group.  Due to low numbers we typically do not have enough players to form multiple teams, thus we have no one for this age group to play against.  They will do some small sided scrimmages within the club if possible, but the focus for this U13-U16 group is training.  Sometimes this means this age group is Co-ed.

 

FALL 2020 COVID 19 REFUND POLICY

If we are unable to begin the 2020 fall season due to cancellation of the season brought on by the Covid 19 virus, a full refund will be given if cancelled on or before 9/1/2020.  

If we are unable to complete our 2020 fall season due to cancellation brought on by the Covid 19 virus, the partial refund policy will go into effect on 9/2/2020 and will be as follows:

If no games have been played, there we will refund 100% of fees minus $20 for jersey.

4 games  - refund is 75% of fees minus $20 for jersey.

6 games  - refund is 50% of fees minus $20 for jersey.

8 games  - refund is 25% of fees minus $20 for jersey.

If 9 games or more are played, there will be no refund.
